Information you provide
When you contact us, register for an event or sign up for future newsletter updates, we collect the information you enter. Depending on the form, this includes your name, email address, optional phone number or organization, message, event details and communication choices.
Please keep general messages brief and avoid highly sensitive personal, medical, financial or legal details. These forms are not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.
How we use it
Authorized Savvy Sister users use private contact records to review inquiries, handle follow-up, manage event registrations and attendance, and record newsletter interest. Records can include owner notes and a history of submissions and communication choices.
A message, event registration and newsletter signup have separate communication choices. Registering for an event does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter. Newsletter signup currently saves your interest and email permission; it does not immediately send a newsletter.
Parents and guardians
A parent or guardian must submit website forms and event registrations on behalf of anyone under 18. The website does not ask for a date of birth to verify age.
Website services and public content
Service providers support website hosting, owner authentication, database storage and media storage. Owner sign-in uses session cookies. Technical request information can be processed to operate and protect the website; abuse prevention uses a nonreversible request fingerprint to limit repeated submissions.
Published articles, events and selected photographs are visible to website visitors. Contact messages, contact details and event rosters are not public website content. Donations open the external Zeffy donation service, which has its own terms and privacy practices. Other external links also follow their providers’ policies.
Records and requests
Records are kept in Savvy Sister’s private dashboard and are not deleted automatically. When reviewing retention or deletion requests, we consider the purpose of the record, any ongoing inquiry or event, communication preferences, and the history needed to understand earlier actions. Archived events and articles retain their private records.
You can contact the monitored inbox below to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion review, or withdraw permission for future email updates. Requests are reviewed before action is taken. We do not promise immediate deletion from active records or backups, and retained history may document earlier submissions or consent choices.
